After many years of experience and hours of continuing education I am well versed in short sales, holding many education certifications such as Lyon Short Sale Specialist and the government program, HAFA. Other fields of expertise are negotiating foreclosures, assisting seniors in transition housing and I am a Senior’s Real Estate Specialist or “SRES”.  I spend time in educating first time home buyers who need help in the many facets of financing, choosing the right house for their approved loan and getting their offer accepted. REO's, also known as bank owned, have many challenges. My expertise as a realtor and consultant will help protect your interests in the REO and Short Sale process. Working closely with investors helping them evaluate the return ON their investments and their return OF their investment is just another facet of my business.
